Warranty
Terms: Net 30 days, subject to credit approval. A service charge of 1½% per month (annual percentage rate: 18%) will be charged on all invoices outstanding over 30 days. Note: All orders below $100 will be subject to an additional handling charge.
Freight: All orders are shipped by the method and carrier of our choosing at a prepaid freight level. Any customer routing or express deliveries will be done at the customer’s request and expense. Full freight is allowed on shipments of $1,800.00 net invoice within the continental United States. All other shipments of lesser value inside the continental U.S. will be shipped F.O.B. our warehouse. Any shipment outside the continental U.S. will be shipped freight collect Ex-Works, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, U.S.A.
Prices: All orders accepted will be priced according to prevailing prices at the time of shipment. All prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
Claims: All claims for damages or shortages must be made within 14 days from receipt of goods. Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to customer. Claims for merchandise delivered broken must be filed with delivery carrier within (7) days. Request an inspection from the carrier, and hold all packaging materials.
Returns: Returned goods will not be accepted unless authorized in writing by GRAFF. The original Graff invoice number/sales order number and date of shipment are required. The Return Goods Authorization (RGA) will be provided to the customer. This number must be on the outside of your package(s) and the authorization form inside of the package in order to be accepted. Credit or replacement will only be allowed if, after an inspection, a defect in workmanship is indicated.
Credits: Returns other than defects are subject to a 25% restocking charge. All requests for return of merchandise after 30 days from date of invoice are subject to a 50% restocking charge. GRAFF reserves the right to refuse returns after 6 months from date of invoice.
Limited Lifetime Warranty: Graff products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The ceramic cartridge is warranted for the lifetime of the product. If at any time a valve mechanism should fail, Graff will provide a replacement part free of charge. This does not include thermostatic, pressure balance, or diverter cartridges. A limited lifetime warranty, for the finish, is provided to the original purchaser. Purchaser should return any defective or non-conforming product to Graff, freight prepaid, after notification from GRAFF. Note: Finishes on the drain assemblies and aerators are not warranted (see warranty card for details). Cover plates, bath accessories and kitchen hand sprays are covered by a 2 year warranty on the finish.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to abrasives, chemicals, scratches, dents, accident, misuse, improper installation, alteration, or that has not received reasonable care. The lifetime limited warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear.
Deduction from Payments: All invoices must be paid as invoiced. Credit memos will be issued for invoice adjustments. Deductions are not allowed (Debit Memos) without prior authorization from GRAFF.
Deliveries: GRAFF is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to circumstances beyond its control such as fires, strikes, transportation delays, materials, shortages, accidents, war or other contingencies of similar nature.
Product Changes: GRAFF reserve the right to discontinue, alter, modify, or redesign products without liability.
Special Orders: Please allow between 8-10 weeks for all special order purchases.
Other: Possession of this or any other GRAFF price book does not constitute a contract to sell. GRAFF is not responsible for any errors or omissions within this or any other price book.
