GRAFF Grows Staff as Part of Company Expansion l Kitchen & Bath Business

GRAFFmanufacturer of contemporary precision-engineered kitchen and bath products, announces the appointments of Javier Korneluk as senior director, global sales & marketing, and Céline Marcotte as business development manager. The new positions have been created as the company reaches a pivotal moment of expansion in the North American market. With an extensive line of luxury fixtures, as well as a new showroom in the LuxeHome section of the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, GRAFF is gearing up for 2017.

Korneluk brings more than 25 years of bath industry experience and intensive knowledge to GRAFF and comes most recently from a position as managing director of the Americas for a global bath manufacturer well known in the industry. With sales management and marketing strategy experience working for other international luxury brands, as senior director of global sales & marketing, Korneluk will be leading the North American and international sales teams along with managing showroom sales in the United States and will use his knowledge to further increase GRAFF’s success domestically and abroad.

GRAFF also welcomes Marcotte. As business development manager, she will focus on the hospitality sector worldwide working with architects, designers and plumbing professionals in developing strategies to increase project business as well as managing showroom sales in Canada. Marcotte has more than 20 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry, holding key positions in sales and marketing management at luxury manufacturers, with her last endeavor directing North American sales at a designer and manufacturer of exclusive bathroom and kitchen fittings and furnishings. She holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture as well as in marketing studies and is fluent in five languages.
